Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURNS INFORMATION
If for any reason upon receipt of your item you consider that the item does not match the condition described or you simply change your mind, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation, subject to our policy and procedures for returns set out below.



Returns Procedure:

• Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent in order to receive a full return.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Where an inspection takes place and we determine that the item was inaccurately described, we will issue you a full refund.

• Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

• We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returns.

The following products may NOT be returned:

• Products that are included in the Sale Promotion

• Special orders

• Custom golf clubs

• Personalized items

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PROMOTIONS:

• No return or refunds for the products that are included in the sale promotion.

• Refund is applicable on full priced only if returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers.

• Some of the items within the sale are promotional, therefore the price of these items is subject to change and may increase after the sale period.

• Please note that an item could go out-of-stock during checkout and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched.

• Standard delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders through our sale period

• If you have received damaged or wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
